My Inspire is counting my steps. It syns to the app on my phone. Then at midnight, when it switches to a new day, it wipes out the previous day's steps and it just says zero! This has been happening since Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. My app say I have walked 0 steps from Tuesday through yesterday(Saturday). Can anyone help me fix it?

Hi @reeteach, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app zeroes out the steps tracked by your Inspire HR at midnight. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and Fitbit app during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
