My actual Fitbit isn’t showing the same information as the app. For example 6 days out of 7 active, device shows 2 days - also is doesn’t show my sleep, but now as I write this sleep is showing. It’s so hit and miss with updates and info. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not showing the same information as on your app. Remember that you need to sync your tracker in order to see the data on both your account and tracker. Still I suggest you try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Additionally you can add a manually logged activity and sleep log, save and sync and see if these show on your tracker.
