Hello mi device stopped working. I have already charged it for over 24 hours and tried resetting it but nothing happens. The screen is fully black. I have contacted twice the support via email they have sent me instructions but I am not able to find a solution. I have tried to fill the form to submit the complaint but it is not working. The case Regarding my situation is #42529420

Hi @Monica.linares this is not customer support, but we are the community forums. First of all, you shouldn't need to have your Fitbit on the charger for more than a few hours. 24 hours on the charger is just too long. You already got with support and need to keep working with them.
