Inspire HR didn't change time zone

I returned from the east coast to the west coast, and my HR Inspire did not change to west coast time.  How do I change the time so that I'm not 3 hours early?

Hi @2261 That is so annoying when it happens! Try restarting your Inspire HR, check that the time on your phone is correct and sync the tracker. Hopefully that will fix it.
