Inspire HR didn't count yesterday as exercise met day?

I have it set to have a goal of 5 exercise days a week.  Yesterday was the 2nd full day I've worn my Fitbit (it came Friday afternoon so I'm not counting that as a day).  Saturday it marked that I hit 1 day of the 5 day goal.  Yesterday (Sunday) I had taken more steps, burned more calories, and my exercise minutes were more than Saturday but yet it didn't count yesterday as day 2 of my 5 day goal.  Why not?  Especially when I did better yesterday than Saturday.

Hi @ChiGSD  It sounds to me that it didnt count yesterdays exercise as it didnt recognise an activity (steps and active minutes are not necessarily an activity). You need to have done an activity it recognises, or used one of the exercise shortcuts to start and stop an activity to get it to count towards your exercise days.

Thank you!  That must have been why.  Yesterday I used my stationary bike and my Fitbit counted an exercise day.  Now I get it!

You can set your stationary bike as an exercise shortcut. Select the Spinning exercise. Then on the tracker start the Spinning exercise mode just before your session and end the exercise mode at the end of the session.

I got my Inspire HR yesterday and that is how I set up my stationary bike. Tonight I am going to play with the shortcut cues so that I don't have to watch the clock.  I have set the shortcut cute to 15 minutes.
