Inspire HR didn’t detect floor and active minutes

I need help , my Fitbit didn’t detect my floor steps and didn’t detect active minutes . What can I do ?? And it seem didn’t change my personal best too . All just stuck and didn’t synchronise

Let me help you with you with your Inspire HR didn't detect your floors or active minutes. I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions. Regarding active minutes, these are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.

 

Finally regarding your personal best, the team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.
