Inspire HR didn't register GPS map on app

I have an Inspire HR

It is synced to my phone, bluetooth on, GP enabled, always allows Fitbit app.

I always take my phone on a run, and obviously wear the Fitbit.

After a run, no map appears on the app. It shows Time in heart rate zones; Heart rate; Calories burned; Impact on your day

And that's it. Isn't there supposed to be a map of the run?

Thank you for the reply. I have followed all the steps, and can see after a run the distance, time and pace - but still no map.

What did you mean by "monitor your Inspire HR during the next workouts and see if it registers the maps properly" - where will that show up?

Hi @AlastairS, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR doesn't register a map to the app after a running activity. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. It also includes some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next workouts and see if it registers the maps properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Just to answer my own question, I eventually worked out the problem. I had not realised that with my Wi-Fi turned on, it would interrupt the mapping of the exercise. Turning off Wi-Fi on my phone allowed me to see the map in the end.
