Inspire HR didn't track my run automatically

Not sure if this is a clear description. I wonder if my 9 month old Fitbit is broken.

Yesterday I went for a run and I selected the activity manually on my inspiré watch. I ran for an hour and when I checked the app on my phone the data just was not there. But it picked a walk I did later during the day.

My sleep score is no longer shown on the app either.

anybody having similar issues?

Thanks  and stay healthy 🙂

Hi @TheRealJolene welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

You described the issue very well. Thank you for reaching out with your inquiries. I'd like to mention that Fitbit Inspire HR automatically recognizes and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. Remember that your Fitbit will recognize these two type of activities at least 15 minutes long. Please confirm that SmartTrack is turn on to track your "Runs" by checking these details on the Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the Today tab then tap the Exercise tile.

  2. Tap the gear icon

    in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.
  4. Wear your Fitbit device on top of your wrist. For best results!

About your inquiry regarding sleep score, you can check this help article: Why don’t I see a sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Let me know if this worked for your. I'll be around.
