Hello FitBit Team,
I got my Inspire HR last Aug2019 from Amazon. I actually got 2. I was so happy and engrossed using it since it works well with my health goals which greatly affects my insurance coverage. Until last 30Nov, it suddenly died on me. That was also the first time it tasted the waters. I tried recharging, resetting, letting it sleep for a week and then a month but to no avail. The other device is still working though. I am so disappointed considering that my inspire HR only lasted for 3mos. Help!!! 😞
