Inspire HR died and won’t charge

Hello, I’ve had my Fitbit for under 5 months and today is the first day it’s fully died and now I’m unable to charge it. I got stuck on the 001 screen and after looking up how to resolve that, I was presented with a smiley face and I assumed my problem was fixed. That was, until I tried to charge it again. It won’t charge and I’m frustrated about it. I guess it was trying to update while I was in the process of charging it and then it just died and I can’t revive it. Please help
