Inspire HR died and won't turn back on

My Inspire HR died so I put it on charge for about 1 hour. Came back to it and it wouldnt turn on, I held the power button for 5 to 10 seconds and nothing. So I leave it on charge for another 3 hours and it still wouldn't turn on! I have had this for about a year and it has been working perfectly so I don't know why it is doing this now. 

When I go onto the Fitbit app, it says the battery is dead even though I left it on charge for 4 hours. Please help me.

I have the same problem. The battery died and I can't recharge it. I also got mine one year ago.

@LiliyaFitbit thanks for a fast response! I was in contact with fitbit support and they have already organised a replacement offer. I am looking forward to receiving a new device 😎

I have tried multiple solutions and nothings seems to be working. Is there anything else I can do because I love the Inspire HR?
