Inspire HR difficult to stay aligned on charger

My Inspire HR is very difficult to get it to stay aligned on charger so it will charge.  If I hold it on the charger just right, it will charge.  When I try to put it down & walk away, half the time it falls out of alignment & thus won't charge.  My charger has the magnet but not the clips to hold it in place.  I've cleaned the contacts, so that's not the problem.  Is there a way to get it to stay aligned in the right spot so it will charge consistently?

No, none of those suggestions are helpful.  My style of charger doesn't click into place, there's only the magnet.  It falls out of alignment when I put it down.  When I had my Alta HR, the clips kept the charger in place very nicely.  How can I keep my Inspire HR in alignment short of wrapping a bunch of tape around it every time I need to charge it?
