Inspire HR disconnecting with iPhone GPS for runs

My inspire HR will connect and disconnect and track barely any of my runs. 

 

I have tried restarting Fitbit, phone. Forgetting and reconnecting via Bluetooth. Updating app. And still it's not working. Previously I had no issues and I don't know what has changed?! 😞

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recording your GPS data from your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issues. Have you recently updated your iOS on your phone? Have you updated your phone's settings? Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
