Did you mean:

Inspire HR display blank, even after restart, clock face change, etc

I have reviewed other posts in the community and see that I am not the only one who has had this issue. It started yesterday, and after reviewing the suggestions of the moderators here I began with the restart.

The first 2-3 times I would get the smiley face after restarting and display would return but only initially, after that it would go blank again.  After about 5 restarts my display seemed to come back fine for a few hours but has since gone blank again.

After reviewing several more posts today I tried switching the clock face several times with no luck. I’m also not getting the smiley face anymore upon restarting.

Everything is still synching fine, and I still get vibrations for all my notifications, reminders to move, etc. but my screen just seems to be done for. It’s discouraging as I’ve only had it for 7 months; I had a Fitbit Alta for 5 years prior that I could still likely charge up and use today, it had zero issues.

Hello @AlvaroFitbit and thank you!

Yes, I contacted Support last week and they were wonderful. They were quick to work through some additional troubleshooting before determining that I was eligible for a replacement through my warranty. I was also amazed at how fast the replacement was shipped out. Cannot say enough good things, thank you again!

@AlvaroFitbit Do you think you can help me as well?  I've tried to navigate the site every way possible to contact customer support without luck.  I have a similar problem.  My fitbit inspire was at 58% and I plugged it in to charge then the screen went blank.  I checked the site and read the forums and tried to plug it in and hold the tracker button for 15 seconds to restart but nothing happened, no smiley face.  I tried this for 3 times and nothing happened.  I still see the green light underneath and sometimes while trying to charge there would be a vibrate.  However, I am not getting any response in terms of the screen turning back on.  Thank you so much.  Best,

@supermink Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. One think I want you to try is, if your tracker is syncing, to change the clock face by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.
