Hi, I had my Inspire HR just under a year when the display screen started blinking. On... off.on...off.on...off on... It's super annoying. I searched these pages and saw advice for changing the clock face -- did that, still blinking; restarting it -- still blinking; letting the battery run down then fully charging it -- still.blinking. Is there something else I can do? Is there something else FITBIT can do? I'd like to use this product; it's super annoying that I cannot.

This did NOT WORK! My Inspire is quite new. USELESS support from Fitbit- but that’s nothing new. Lack of Support from Fitbit is THE most common topic of discourse In WWH Challenges.
No wonder so many leave Fitbit for Apple. If my Inspire can’t be fixed, I’m following the trend to Apple.

I (and 4 of my friends) feel exactly the same. Fitbit Support is non-existent!!! 😫😫😱
We’ve wasted our money. My nearly new Inspire HR’s battery goes from fully charged to DEAD in less than 30 minutes. When functioning for those 30 minutes, the screen just blinks and flashes. It seems to have forgotten how to synch.

Heya, so I never received an adequate fix for this. I ended up upgrading to a new device. Sorry for the lack of help.

Same on my 3rd in 3 years offered a 35% discount and they no longer have the one I had so pushing me to get a more expensive one, this sucks no luck with customer service
