My first post but I can't find exact issues that I've had.
Problem One. Inspire HR 3 months old, working well - then started firmware update, it turned itself off and nothing since. Contacted customer services who were excellent and they sent me a replacement. Put new Inspire HR on charge - looked good - and then I took it off charge when 100%.
Problem Two. The screen stays on and totally has a will of its own scrolling up and down to wherever screen it wants to go, hesitating as it does. As it is a "new" replacement straight out of the pouch they sent it in, I don't know if its the firmware update that it went through when first powered up or the hardware.
To recap - when on charge all looks OK but take it off charge and it scrolls up and down flickering as it does so and also drains battery very quickly. Surely not another replacement?

Welcome to the Community, @DOX848.
I would like to know if you keep having problems with your tracker's screen flickering? If so, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.
