Hello ,
It's been little over 4 months I am using Inspire HR and my display blanked out all of a sudden. I tried the 15sec hold down during charging and still I don't see anything. I can feel it vibrate and seems to be tracking steps and syncing. But display is not functional. Any help is greatly appreciated !

That just happened to me also. I did longer than the 15 second hold down while connected to the charger and I just got my display screen back. Good luck.

I tried changing the clock face on my phone and the display is working now.

Mine is about the same age and I have had this happen several times already. I usually take it off, rub/clean off the back, tap it & shake it and it comes back on. I just don't know which step is the one that makes it work again lol

It just happened to mine. I haven't had any luck getting the screen back. I reached out to support but what they suggested didn't work. Fitbits are very problematic, unfortunately this is not the first one I have had trouble with 😞

It just happened to me too! Had this same issue numerous times over the past 6 months. Fortunately, it eventually turns back on, but sometimes requires longer than 15 seconds, and often multiple attempts.
