My Fitbit Inspire HR cuts off the top of the display. The rest of the diplay is marred by tiny black lines. I have tried to recharge, tried various modes, held the side button for five seconds or more. The problem remains.
Opinions/suggestions?

Thank you. I tried both suggestions, but I am still experiencing this issue. If anything, the display is getting harder to read. I suspect that this is a hardware problem. I will be in touch as soon as time allows.
