Inspire HR display lights constantly flashing

Hi,

i’ve just recently bought my first Fitbit and decided on the Inspire HR. I’ve worn it over this weekend and notice that the display screen just keeps randomly lighting up and scrolling by itself through the day which is causing the batter to drain quite a lot.

is there a solution for this or maybe have I been sent a faulty product?

thank you 🙂

Mine has just started doing this also...constantly flashing and draining the battery. This problem began a couple of days ago and I have no idea why. I've reset it several times and that does nothing to fix the issue. Help. It's annoying and also impacting performance.
