Hello,
My FitBit is just a year old, and in perfect condition (I don't wear it in the water, even though it is waterproof) and this week, the touch screen suddenly stopped working. It has not had an impact or any physical damage. I've made sure to stay up to date on software updates on the device and the app.
I searched online for a solution, and saw that some people were able to resolve this issue with a reset by pressing and holding the left button until a happy face appeared. I tried this several times, but the screen still does not respond to touch.
Everything else is functioning fine - the display itself works, the bluetooth connection to my phone, etc. It's frustrating though, as I can no longer toggle between different functions on the screen. Please let me know if there is a fix for this.

No one provided me assistance. I'm not sure why they said that. I tried to instant message and then someone got back to me over an hour later but only gave me 60 seconds to reply which is next to impossible during a work day. Is there a number I can call, or an email support option? The watch is slowly stopping all functions now that I've done the software update - no longer tracks sleep or heart rate.
I'm soon going to switch brands and purchase a smart watch that actually works as this is getting frustrating.
