I got my Fitbit Inspire HR last year, one year warranty is over. I had lost my charger and got a new one. My device was kept unused for more than 6 months. After I bought the charger and put the device for charging the display is not coming. There are some hazy dots coming up and nothing else. I don't how to fix it.

Hello @CLYDEX, welcome back to the Community forums. Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for the information provided regarding your Inspire HR device that is not turning on or not charging.
If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
Keep in mind too that when you haven't used the device for a while and you try to recharge it, it can take around 30 minutes for the Fitbit logo and the battery symbol to show up on the screen.
Please keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi,
I have been facing the same issue. My Fitbit Inspire HR wasn’t used for about 2 months and now when I tried charging it won’t response, no vibrating once attached magnetically. I have left it on charger for 2 hour, I had followed all steps suggested in the article mentioned above.
Unfortunately, It doesn’t response at all.
its a shame cause I got this watch for Christmas so it’s been in use for few months and in May I have decided to upgraded it to Fitbit charge 4 hence not used sine May.
what could be the potential reason of the device not working?
