Inspire HR display not working only 4 months

Husband bought me the fitbit inspire HR for Christmas and I initially loved the product; however my screen display no longer works.  It still registers steps through my phone app but will show nothing on the face of the actual fitbit. I'm extremely frustrated.  Tried reset. It vibrates but no display

Le me help with your Inquire HR display not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since your tracker is still syncing try changing the clock face. After this retry the restart by following these instructions.
