Inspire HR display not working

I have tried charging my Fitbit and have held the button to reset but my screen remains blank - I did get a smiley face when I tried to reset but then nothing else happened- only had 6 weeks and am kind of frustrated

Absolutely nothing! Mine kept having issues not syncing to the app, too. I kept having to reset and resync all the time. Finally got so frustrated that I uninstalled the app and hardly wear my Fitbit InspireHR. Biggest piece of crap they've put on the market yet!

I’m having the same problem. Just purchased HR at weekend and not been able to get display working. I’ve stopped trying on phone (Huawei P Smart 2019) and have Fitbit app on iPad.  I had a Flex2 previously which I’ve removed from app. 

Ive rebooted, uninstalled, everything recommended. 

Help.....

HiSince going on holiday I am getting a much better view on my sleep.perhaps my router and wifi at home are not up to the job?Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Changing face from the app made the display resurrect for me.

My display randomly comes back when I get a notification, usually from LinkedIn. Sometimes other apps, or I'll get a buzz notification but no screen, it still syncs with the right data but I have no idea what the time is until I get a LinkedIn notification and the screen reappears.

Screen shows setup website and some times smiley face.  just got fitbit today

I had the same problem. Just got off a support chat and they gave me this fix which worked:

 

: Thanks. Now, open the Fitbit app. Tap the Profile icon, tap Inspire HR icon, tap Clock faces.

 

: Change it and once done, sync.

I too have this issue... replaced and still no change! I guess it’s time for something else.
