I purchased my inspire HR in May 2019, about 6 months into using it I had issues where the screen would not display anything (time, stats etc). I tried resetting it, which would not work. The tracker was still able to track my steps/sleep/workout/HR etc, and would sync with my phone but zero display on the device itself.
I contacted Fitbit, and they sent me a replacement for just the tracker. I've been using the replacement since Feb 2020, and it's currently having the same issue again. I spoke with my brother, who also has an Inspire HR and he's had the same issues (so I know it's not just me), has anyone else had this? Is this a known issue with the Inspire HR?
I'm in the process of contacting Fitbit again, but I really don't want another Inspire HR at this point...I'm so frustrated!
