My Inspire HR tracker no longer displays anything - screen is completely blank/black! I've tried the reset instructions - holding the button down while hooked up to the charger, and I get a smiley face for about 2 seconds, NO vibrations, and then the screen goes back to blank!! The green light at the back does still come on, for the moment anyways, and the app on my Android phone does indicate that my tracker is fully charged - but no displays appear at all! Help! It is only 1 year old!
