Hi all,
I'm new here. As the subject states, I'm only seeing one half of my Fitbit - the left half. I've tried all suggestions and nothing works. One YouTube video suggested that I gently tap on each side of the device. Doing so restored some of the display but it reverted to its old defective self.
I'm loosing faith in Fitbit. This is my second one. The first one failed and was replaced under warranty. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Hi Odyssey13,
Thanks for chiming in. I did that. The only difference is, the smiley face did appear after holding down the Fitbit button for 15 seconds but there was no vibration, as indicated in the instructions.
Any other ideas?

I opened a dialog with the support Chat line. The agent asked me to try a few different things, that I had already tried. The agent is putting me in touch with the warranty people, so I'll see where it goes from there.
Thanks for chiming in, Odyssey13! I'll post back when I hear from them to let you know how it went.
