Inspire HR display shows lines

I’ve had my InspireHR for about 8 months, love it, however lately my display is shown in lines (top half of display only)    Any suggestions??

I’m having this same issue and have restarted twice.  I have no updates and I even tried changing the clock face but nothing helped.  Did you receive a response?

Were you able to get this fixed?? if so, how did you do it? Mine started doing this last night.  Started with 2 lines, now i'm up to lines on the whole top half of my screen, seems to just keep moving down.

I was not able to fix it. I worked directly with Fitbit support and had to
return my Fitbit. I’m waiting for a response on my replacement as mine was
within warranty.
