My InspireHR is tracking steps but the display is completely black after I swam today - I’ve attempted to reset multiple times but it does not take no matter how long I hold the reset button while it is on the charging cord. It will vibrate if I hold the button while wearing it, but no change on the black display. Only one of the three green lights on the back is lit. Is there another method of reset or troubleshooting?

Hi @caruba Unfortunately if the restart doesn't help there is nothing else you can do. I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support and see if they can offer you any help.
