Just got an InspireHR today.
I have charged it up.
I have set up a profile and synced it to my device.
However, my watch screen is blank, Pressing the side button just shows me the fitbit logo and www.fitbit/setup (which I have followed and completed).
I have tried restarting the fitbit and it still does the same.
Tapping the screen face does nothing.
I can't get it to work, please advise.

Hi @abdk, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire shows the Fitbit logo only. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
