Hi!
Been running with my inspire HR and I notice the distance is really inaccurate.
The map is correct, but every day the distance shows up differently. Today the run was logged at 7.11 miles, yesterday the same run was 4.5 miles. The run is, in reality, about 6.5 miles. Looking at the map, the path I run is correct but every day the little mile markers are wildly different and result in very strange total milage (and therefore also pacing).
Before I run I turn off WiFi, and wait for my Fitbit to connect to the GPS on my phone. Once it says connected, I push start and run. My phone is not on battery saver and my fitbit has plenty of battery. My phone also has the Google Fit app, which consistently tracks the run correctly when I run, so I know it's not an issue with my phone GPS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums @mwan, let me give you a warm welcome to our community.
Thank you for sharing all those details about your activities. You've done an excellent job troubleshooting your Fitbit. I'd recommend checking your stride length with these instructions: Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
About using GoogleFit app, we don't' recommend using two apps that require GPS. Since some phones might have issues getting the complete information. Have you tried to use only one at the time?
I'd like to mention that usually when the measurements of the distance (distance from the Fitbit device and from the GPS on the phone) are different Fitbit makes an average of both to get a more accurate result. This is in case that GPS looses the connection or if the stride length is not constant during the run.
I'll be waiting for your response.
