When I add a activity by pressing + and > on my phone before starting a run, it measures my pace and time properly, When I end activity and try to see heartrate during the run, it says insufficient data or something like that.
But when I go to heart rate section all data it there, so the problem is it is not combining my run data with my heartrate data
Any help appreciated

I have the same problem but it extends to when I do a meditation session, my heart rate change isn’t recorded saying there isn’t enough information.
All other heart rate data is being recorded including during automatic recognition of exercise, sleep and instantaneous heart rate.
This seemed to coincide with the Active minutes ‘competition’ appearing in the app recently (where points were awarded for time spent doing exercise). Ironically, when I clicked to enter I was told my Inspire HR wasn’t capable of revising the type of information needed and I’d need to buy another tracker... the cynic in me suggests foul play but I hope it’s just an app software issue...?

Same problem- it will show the minutes in each HR zone, but won’t show the data for HR or calories burned during the exercise. Mine started after I updated iOS

Fitbit app no longer shows heart rate data if you record your exercise from the Mobile app.
You have to start the recording from the fitbit to see heart rate data after the exercise. But even that had stopped working for me recently 😐
