Received this as a gift for Christmas. For weeks I was receiving text messages and phone calls to it. About a week ago it stopped receiving both. I have done all the trouble shooting, repaired, restarted both devices, re synced, set up blue tooth again and still no luck. Any clues to solve this would be helpful!!

Having sane problem. Originally when I bought Inspire HR (8/2019) it would give me incoming calls ... that went away within a month. Have called numerous times but still no text or incoming calls. Thought newest update would solve issue - no such luck. Very disappointed with this product. Can’t get company to correct their problem.

Same for me! For me it happened after I upgrade the firmware to 1.63.12. I don't receive incoming call and text msg from iPhone anymore. i tried to remove the device and re-add again. Right after re adding and pair the device, it works. But after a while, it stops working again... I don't know why. on the iPhone, the bluetooth shows I'm connected with inspire HR, but inside the fitbit app, when I select 'Notification', it just shows Bluetooth Pairing Required....and asking me to set up... but I already connected!!!

I am having the same issues, I noticed that I was not receiving any txt messages to my Inspire HR , i have the Samsung 10e , it had been working fine for the last 3 months and then stopped. the frustrating thing is that I can still get the notifications from viber, whats app and FB messaging.
I have tried all the trouble shooting information that I have found on the forum and nothing has helped.
I am still able to receive the call notification, so surely the txt should be working.
Am not sure what my options are now. hope you receive any further information that is helpful.
