I set up my new Inspire HR this morning but cannot get into any icons by tapping on it. I can swipe up and down and the fitbit turns on if I tap on it but tapping on an icon to see details does not work. I have reinstalled it and restarted it 5x without any results.
I just tried and am able to "swipe down" and tap on the icons (exercise, alarms, settings...). Should I not be able to get into the "swipe up" icons (steps, sleep,calories...) too?

Hi @Cwhit It sounds as though your Inspire HR is working correctly. There is no ability on the Inspire to see more details in the Today app, so therefore tapping does nothing. Details can be viewed in the app.

I hope you've got this sorted now. I have the same problem and Fitbit are looking into it. I believe the answer NellyG gave you that this isn't available on the Inspire HR isn't true, a) because Fitbit haven't said that and are looking into it and b) because it clearly indicates in the manual that you should be able to open an app by tapping.

I agree as I am having the same issue even though the instructions clearly state that I tap on the apps to access more.

I am also having the same problem. I hope they figure out a solution soon.
