Hi,

I am trying to set up Inspire HR on my Macbook Pro (Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6). But Inspire HR does not show up on the device list. So I cannot even finish the set up! What should I do??

Thanks

Hi, @tubaun, I don’t have a Macbook, so I cannot check this for you, but as a work around, if you use your own phone, or, if not available, could borrow a friend’s phone or iPad you could use that to set up your Inspire HR.  Once it is set up you will be able to see it on your Macbook.

Encountered same problem when trying to set up Inspire from MacBook Air. So I'm buying a brand new device and the first thing I need to do is to find a workaround to make it operational. They can't be serious. I don't have the time to mess about with it for hours on end. Will go back to the shop and return it. Cannot recommend the device, unfortunately.
