Fairly recently purchased a FitBit Inspire HR through my employers health and wellness program. last week it just stopped working. i have no idea if it is charging, as the display does not show anything. it does a short vibration about every min. i have tried resetting it by holding the home button until the smiley face shows up, many times. the bluetooth does not work, my Iphone X cannot find it. fairly disappointed with the product at this point. any resolution would be great. Thank you.
