Hello, my Inspire HR doesn’t include my bmr in my calories burned. This means I only have 430 calories a day before exercise and my dashboard says I am eating more than I burned on 1300 calories. How can I fix this please? Thank you!

So Fitbit is considering your BMR about 12 calories per hour. Plugging your measurements into a BMR calculator and using age 30 estimates your BMR at 57 cal per hour.
Check your age, height, sex, and particularly weight in Fitbit to make sure they are entered correctly; perhaps weight with a decimal point in wrong position or wrong units of measurement.

Convince me your Inspire HR does not include BMR calorie burn. When you wake up in the morning, are you calories burned at 0?

Hi JohnnyRow,
Yes it can be and the average total for the day is around 500 calories. As a 1.7m, 62kg woman that doesn’t make sense.
thanks so much for your help in advance!

But you didn't answer, is your calorie burn zero when you wake up in the morning?
Look at your calorie burn chart for overnight. What it shows for calorie burn overnight when you are asleep is you BMR calorie burn.
Now if you are saying your calorie burn for the whole day is too low, that could be, but that would not prove that BMR calorie burn is not included.

It shows a burn of 3 calories per 15mins. How can I make it reflective of my bmr if it is included? Thanks

You are right! I was 1.7cm instead of 170cm! Thank you so much!
