When I bought this fitbit it worked great. I recieved calls and texts like it should. Then out of nowhere I am not getting any of them anymore. My Fitbit will only vibrate when I unlock my phone... I have tried everything and researched everywhere... heeeeeelp me please.

This pops up regularly as well. Even if I restart my phone. Very frustrating.

Do you get notification popups on the phone while the phone is locked.
Does the Fitbit app have permission to run in the background?
The notification volume in the phone is turned on?

You say that the phone gives you notifications while its screen is locked. I notice a screen shot that the Fitbit notification service is not running.
However I'm still looking forward to knowing what model phone we are having issues with.

I am also having the same issue. I have done hard reset, restarted my phone several times to no avail. I have an Android phone.

The is on the phone, under permissions someplace, nothing you can do with the tracker will fix this.
Are you able to get popup notifications on the phone, especially when the phone is locked?

Yes I still receive notifications on the phone, just not to the Fitbit.

Yep me too... I have samsung s9+. My sister has also told me her inspire hr started doing the same thing. She has iphone. Worked perfectly before the update

I have an iPhone and mine is not working either. I also no longer see my heart rate displayed in the app.

Hey @Carly712 nice to see you around. Did you try the steps suggested above? You can also try the steps here:Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and make sure that your Inspire HR is successfully syncing.
I need to confirm the following information to investigate this issue with text and call notifications when phone is locked.

Fitbit up to date and firmware updated the other day also.

I have exactly the same problem.
Samsung S20 Plus
Fitbit is up to date.
Tried unistalling both app and Fitbit Inspire HR, and neither make a difference. Yet it worked when I first got it a few weeks back

Not sure if this will work but what I have noticed is that Fitbit used to automatically sync through out the day. They changed this so now you have to manually go into the app and sync your phone with Fitbit every other hour. I have been getting my notifications and everything now. Such a pain but figured this out.

@Remchel Fitbit has not removed the all day sync. They removed the users ability to turn off all day sync
