Inspire HR doesn't record steps when I'm gonna reach my goal

When my inspire HR is counting my steps it stops at 9,995 or 6. It recorded 10000 steps only one time. What is making it stop counting when I am near my goal.

In order to assist you could you please respond:

- Does it happen every day?

- When does the device stop tracking your steps?

- Have you already tried restarting your Inspire HR?
