The screen is often not responding and the tracker dont track active minutes.

I had 4800 steps this morning and when I went from my walk this afternoon those steps went away and I lost those in my daily count. I should have over 25000 steps today I'm not really pleased about that not reflecting in my account

I have tried restart. The smile shows but the tracker do not vibrate. Sometimes it doesnt track steps, sleep and so on. The tracker worked nicely the first months, and then the problems started. I wish for a update from Fitbit which adresses these problems. There are several similar reports from users.

@Mainah, did you sync your Inspire HR all day long? When did you notice that the steps were missing? Did you manually log an activity? Please restart your tracker while I receive your reply.
