Inspire HR doesn't respond to swipe or tap

My Fitbit HR dies not respond to a swipe or tap. The time is visible and accurate. It will sync with my phone. I have rebooted it multiple times. I deleted it from the app and added again. All without success. Any other suggestions?

I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
