Inspire HR doesn't send data to Strava

I have connected my Fitbit Inspire HR to Strava via the "official way" at strava.fitbit.com. The fitbit app/site picks up Strava data when I exercise (cycling) so I see my heart rate in a graph for the duration of the ride. However, Strava doesn't show my heart rate on my Strava activity page. I'd like to see my heart rate together with distance and speed on the Strava  activity page. I know that is possible because my daughter in law does that with her Garmin device.

@xtien Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to consult with Strava if they allow this data to show from Fitbit as they are the ones who handle the incoming data from the Fitbit account. Or you will need to check your Strava settings.

Let me know how it goes.

I have this issue too!

I was having this problem too; the Strava dashboard showed my ride but without the heartrate column filled in. I linked the two accounts at strava.fitbit and today the heartrate was there on the dashboard page. The only problem was there were TWO Strava rides showing up today: one with the name of the ride I gave it at the end of the ride, and the other called "Morning Ride" that Fitbit named. The 'Morning Ride' that posted from my Fitbit Inspire HR showed the heartrate but the Strava did not. I had to delete one of the rides as it said I had 100 miles for the day but the ride was only 50 miles. Oh, and I was getting kudos for both rides!
