Inspire HR doesn't show bike details including GPS data

The first time I went for a bike ride with my Inspire HR, all I had to do was select bike on my Fitbit, and click start. I could look down and see all my stats and miles, everything. It's only been a week since I got it, and since then, it won't work. I click go, and it will show all of my stats like mph, and miles, but it won't track them. No matter what I do, miles, mph, and all that will stay at 0. It tracks my calories and time, but it seems like the GPS in my phone won't work for biking? The GPS in my phone works when I use any other app to track my runs or bike rides, and the Fitbit app even works for runs! When I go for a run, it will give me all my stats and everything. But absolutely nothing for bike rides! When I go in the exercise app on my phone, it says, "GPS will not be turned on." I've gone in all my settings, my location is set to "always", but I can't find anything for GPS specifically. I think I'm missing something or doing something wrong? Please help.

@Squidasaurusrex Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not tracking the GPS data for your bike rides. Check your bike settings on the tracker and make sure it shows GPS as on. This tells the tracker to use your phone's GPS to track this data. You can check your tracker's manual for more information. After this refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
