Inspire HR doesn't track distance

My Fitbit tracks my time during a run but does not track my distance. It used to work fine so this is a new issue. Not sure what the problem is but I ran for 30 minutes or so today and the km measured was 0.

Hi @SamCM, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it doesn't track your distance. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance traveled.

 

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your distance properly.
