My fitbit was working perfectly for 3 days.. then last night it didn't track sleep.. It's showing cal burned but not steps walked... I have followed the reset advise.. deleted the app, reinstalled. update the firmware. It's showing cal burned but still no steps. Any Advice?

@justicefit welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the steps tracking issue that your Inspire HR is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted via phone. I would like to know if a solution was provided.
