Hello!

I bought my fitbit on Friday. The first day I had the option of 5 exercises on the device suddenly on Monday when I went to train the only options that I had were run and 5 pilates. I reviewed the app and under exercise shortcuts I changed to the ones I needed... I synced my device, logged off, turn on and off... nothing works... Any advice?

thanks

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Maquity.

Thanks a million for reporting the issues with your new Inspire HR. Sorry to hear that you couldn't perform your activities as you expected last Monday. I'll be glad to give you a hand with this.

You did a great job troubleshooting your Fitbit. Please try to restart your Fitbit with these instructions:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Then you can add again the shortcuts you would like to have.

Let me know how it goes.
