what does the red flag mean in the exercise heart rate section. Mine says 209 when I did Zumba. Is that how high my heart rate got?

Hi @VIxxW, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the red flag icon that your Inspire HR showed, please provide a picture of the screen showing this issue.

 

In the meantime, restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire HR during the next exercise and see if the red flag doesn't appear again.
