Inspire HR exercise time isn't the same as active minutes amount

Inspire hr, active minutes not being recorded accurately. Fitbit app tells me exercise time for today is just over an hour but fitbit has recorded just 27 minutes.

Noticed problem over the past week or so. Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, doesn't seem to have made a difference. Lastly, I haven't installed newest update because my operating system is 6.0.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

@Nicci.K111 Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your active minutes. This is not an issue per se. Active minutes are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.

Let me know how it goes.
