Inspire HR exercise tracking fails

I started the 5k exercise tracker on my Fitbit Inspire HR. About 30 minutes into running, my fitbit starts vibrating erratically and the exercise tracker shuts down. After the race, I looked in the app to see my results, but nothing was captured. What is going on? I got my fitbit 2 weeks ago and this happens.

@salu19 Welcome and I'm sorry for your experience.  My first thought is that it lost connection to your phone's GPS.  This has happened to me three or four times (in about 10 months) with my Versa.  I run a lot, so that's not very much at all.  I would take it for a run and see if it happens again.  Best of luck!
