My Fitbit Inspire HR isn't letting ne play my exercise shortcut. The screen is fully working but as soon as I want to start a exercise mode it isn't letting me start it, which was fine. Have rebooted the device and its still not working. Where I try to factory reset it isn't letting me do that either.
