Hi

I had just got my 1st Fitbit watch on 3 Jun 19.

First couple of weeks, when i turn my waist, the display will show the time.

But I recent 1.5 weeks, it didnt show the time when i turn my waist.

I had tried to wear it tighter and that it lay on my waist properly and turn it.

But it didnt light up now.  Is there any way to ensure it's on when I turn my waist?

Yes @Iceychie on page 17 of your users manually it explains how to check this. 

Hold in the button until the quick settings pop up. Make sure that Screen Wake is turned on.

Thanks for the advice.

I'm able to get it to wake up once I turn my wrist.  Didn't realised I had it switch off while swapping up and down the tracker
